There are not many options for travelling to and from Mozambique. An option for long distance travel is Qatar Airways via the country with the same name, but for travelling locally in Africa that is not a practical option. There is also the national airline LAM, Linhas Aéreas de Moçambique. Here waiting for departure to the usual layover airport Johannesburg from where it is possible to complete the journey.
