The historic day 19 September 2022 just ended during which Queen Elizabeth II was brought to the place where she would be reunited with her late husband Prince Philip and the passing of the reign to King Charles III. First a memorial service was held at Westminster Abbey, then she was taken on a historic Lafette to a place near Buckingham Palace from where she was taken by car, in a special Jaguar, to Windsor Castle. Another shorter memorial service was held at St George’s Chapel where the National Anthem was sung to honour her son King Charles III
